Shipping & Returns


All items purchased on a business such as Monday-Friday will be processed within 1-3 business days. Items that are purchase on the weekend will be shipped out on the following business day. If the business day falls on a holiday the items will be shipped on the next business. The customer will receive confirmation of the items being shipped.


A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for defective items if deemed necessary by the manufacturer. The customer must first contact the support team for technical support to confirm the product is defective and that product replacement is deemed necessary. Please provide details about the defective item. Return instructions and a label will be provided.


Non-defective products are FINAL SALE upon purchase or order of the item. The  Customer is responsible for reading our return and defective return policy before making their final selection for purchase.
